Mandatory Skills: Enterprise RPA-UIPath
UIPath RPA Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying automated processes using the UIPath platform to help streamline business operations. The role requires deep expertise in automation frameworks, business process understanding, and secure and resilient automation deployment aligned with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Design & Development
Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Design end-to-end RPA workflows using UIPath Studio and Orchestrator.
Develop reusable components, libraries, and automation frameworks.
Integrate with APIs, databases, OCR frameworks, and external systems.
2. Delivery & Deployment
Configure and manage Robots in UiPath Orchestrator.
Implement exception handling, logging, and retry mechanisms.
Perform unit, integration, and UAT support for automated workflows.
Deploy and maintain production automations following DevOps practices.
3. Governance, Quality & Compliance
Ensure automations adhere to enterprise standards, security policies, and best practices.
Document PDD (Process Definition Document) and SDD (Solution Design Document).
Maintain version control and follow CI/CD pipelines.
4. Support & Optimization
Monitor robot performance and handle incident resolution.
Conduct root-cause analysis and enhance automation resiliency.
Optimize existing bots for efficiency and performance gains
Required Skills & Experience
3-6 years of hands-on UIPath experience (Studio, Orchestrator, Assistant).
Proficiency in VB.NET/C#, Regex, LINQ, and working with APIs (REST/SOAP).
Experience integrating with OCR tools (ABBYY, Document Understanding, AI Center).
Understanding of BPM, workflow modelling, and process engineering.
Exposure to RPA governance, queueing concepts, and unattended robot execution.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-engagement capability.
Good to Have
UiPath Certifications (RPA Developer Advanced, Solution Architect).
Knowledge of AI automation, Document
Understanding AI, and ML-based extraction.
Familiarity with cloud Orchestrator (Azure/AWS) and containerized bots
