Director, Field Operations
The Director of Field Operations – EMEA North is a senior strategic and operational leader responsible for driving sales effectiveness and operational excellence across the region. This role partners closely with field sales, marketing, and ecosystem teams to optimize sales and partner processes, execute regional operational plans, and implement strategic initiatives that accelerate growth.
Acting as a critical connector between the field and corporate functions, the Director ensures consistent execution, strong feedback loops, and continuous improvement to support predictable, scalable performance across EMEA North.
A Day In The Life Typically Includes
Sales Effectiveness & Field Operations
- Develop and execute comprehensive regional operational playbooks and execution plans to improve sales productivity, predictability, and overall effectiveness.
- Partner closely with field sales leadership, marketing, and ecosystem teams to align priorities, strategies, and execution.
- Drive adoption of Infor best practices, tools, and solutions to enhance sales efficiency and customer engagement.
- Monitor operational performance, proactively adjusting tactics to meet or exceed regional sales targets.
- Serve as a key liaison between regional field teams and corporate functions to ensure alignment and operational consistency
Cross Functional Regional Feedback Loop
- Establish a consistent feedback and challenge mechanism to capture insights, risks, and opportunities from the field.
- Translate regional field input into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and sales strategy.
- Enable continuous improvement by embedding field insights into decision making and planning processes.
Sales Process Optimization & Transformation Leadership
- Lead change initiatives to optimize sales processes and partner engagement models, improving efficiency, scalability, and execution.
- Manage transformation initiatives with clear communication, training, and adoption strategies.
- Foster a culture of agility and continuous improvement in response to evolving market and operational needs.
- Partner with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives across regional and field teams.
- Build strong cross functional alignment with marketing, strategy, enablement, business operations, finance, and other key stakeholders.
- Track and report progress against regional and corporate priorities, ensuring accountability and measurable outcomes.
- Identify operational risks and growth opportunities, recommending corrective actions where required.
Basic Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior sales operations, field operations, or regional sales leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, partner ecosystems, and change management.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex strategic initiatives and operational execution at scale.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to assess regional market dynamics and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Experience within Infor or a similar enterprise software environment is preferred.
