We're partnering with a market-leading UK financial services organisation to recruit a Security Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in strengthening and evolving their cyber defence capability.This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll own security operations end-to-end , lead incident response, and work closely with the CISO to drive continuous improvement across a mature but evolving cyber function.What you'll be doingLeading and developing a Cyber Security Operations teamActing as incident commander during cyber events and investigationsMaturing SOC, CSIRT and incident response capabilitiesDriving threat hunting, detection and monitoring improvementsOwning vulnerability management and pen test governanceEnsuring alignment with ISO27001, NIST, GDPR and regulatory expectationsCommunicating cyber risk clearly to senior stakeholdersWhat we're looking for5+ years' experience in cyber security , with leadership responsibilityStrong background in security operations / SOC / incident responseExperience working in regulated environmentsHands-on technical understanding paired with leadership credibilityExcellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiencesTPBN1_UKTJ
