As the Marketing Manager Cyber Security, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth across key Security Go-To-Market (GTM) priorities by designing and executing high-impact marketing programs in collaboration with strategic partners. This role demands a visionary marketer with deep expertise in the partner ecosystem, global and regional market dynamics, and customer-centric strategies. You will be a key influencer, adept at engaging senior leadership, driving cross-functional alignment, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Campaign Development : Design and execute integrated partner marketing campaigns aligned with global marketing strategies and business objectives, with a strong emphasis on Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Partner Enablement : Create and deliver targeted training and enablement programs tailored to strategic partner needs.
  • Joint Planning & Execution : Collaborate with strategic partners to co-develop annual and quarterly marketing plans, securing buy-in for joint execution.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration : Foster strong relationships with partner sales and marketing teams to identify innovative marketing opportunities and drive alignment.
  • Campaign Management : Lead the end-to-end campaign lifecyclefrom planning and execution to performance monitoring and optimization.
  • Data-Driven Insights : Leverage analytics to assess campaign effectiveness, uncover growth opportunities, and refine future strategies.
  • Performance Reporting : Track and report on key metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance partner engagement and ROI.
  • Operational Excellence : Ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery of high-quality campaigns.
  • Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and global marketing best practices to inform strategy.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partner marketing or integrated campaign management.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Strategic and creative problem-solving mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with ABM strategies and tools, with a track record of driving results through targeted marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Understanding of diverse routes to market including resellers, VARs/DVARs, MSPs, SIs, and cloud marketplaces.
