Job DescriptionRole – Lead ConsultantTechnology – Oracle HCM Fusion Absence & PayrollLocation – UKBusiness Unit – ORCCompensation – Competitive (including bonus)Job DescriptionWe're looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Absence & Payroll Consultant to implement and support Core HR, UK Payroll and Absence modules for UK public sector clients. You'll need to have expert knowledge on Core HR, UK Payroll and Absence modules process, guiding projects through the SDLC and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences. Your roleAs an Oracle Fusion HCM Lead, you'll be instrumental in providing impactful solutions to our clients. Your focus will be on the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, specifically Core HR, UK Payroll and Absence modules for the UK public sector.You'll also need to lead client engagements, discussing integrations, data migrations, and reporting across relevant modules. A key part of your role is translating complex technical solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior management. You'll guide projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring smooth delivery and top system performance.Responsibilities:Lead and execute the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically on Core HR, UK Payroll and Absence modules for UK clients.Apply hands-on experience in Core HR, Payroll and Performance, particularly within the UK Public sector.Conduct System Integration Testing, support User Acceptance testing and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation (PPR) and support hyper careUtilize extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader.Effectively discuss complex technology solutions to diverse audiences, including technical, business, and management teams, walkthrough of Business Process Specification documents, Configuration Workbooks, Testing, Change RequestsLead customer discussions pertaining to integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Core HR, Payroll and Performance and other relevant modules.Apply comprehensive knowledge and experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Conference Room pilots (CRPs)/Playback sessions, training content preparation and imparting TrainingRequired:Should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM for Core HR, Absence, Payroll and Performance for UK Public Sector clients.Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader.Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teamsAbility to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Core HR, Payroll and Performance and other modulesKnowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecyclePreparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID logPreferredShould be an excellent planner when it comes to perform release planning and other delivery planning.
