Job Description

2–4 years of IT experience, ideally with exposure to AI/ML concepts.

Understanding of:

• Generative AI and Agentic AI
• AI product workflows and how AI components integrate into domain-specific use cases
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) fundamentals and context engineering
• Hands-on or strong exposure to Python and common AI libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow).

Familiarity with:

• LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, LLaMA models)
• Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS , Qudrant)
• Agentic AI frameworks (exposure to LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or others)
• Exposure to cloud AI platforms (Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI).
• Understanding of basic Responsible AI principles and safe deployment patterns.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to requirement analysis, testing, and documentation.

Preferred

· Experience supporting AI product development lifecycle (design → build → evaluate → iterate).

· Exposure to:

• LangChain and LangSmith/LangFuse
• Supervised fine-tuning or lightweight tuning (LoRA, PEFT)
• RAG evaluation techniques and model feedback loops
• MLOps/LLMOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes)

· Familiarity with:

• AgentOps concepts (agent evaluation, monitoring)
• Basic telemetry/observability workflows (OpenTelemetry)
• Understanding of how domain-specific datasets influence AI behavior.
