Technologies
- Microsoft stack - Server, Exchange, AD, Hyper-V etc
- VMware - knowledge, don't need an expert
- Networking - knowledge, don't need an expert
Your Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure hardware and software
- Install, upgrade and migrate server, network, storage and desktop environments.
- Document outcomes and specifics around hardware and software
- Ensure ongoing performance and supportability.
- Deliver tasks in accordance with project plans, including timelines, locations, deliverables, and project procedures.
- Provide second- and third-line support, including fault identification, triage, resolution and escalation in line with SLAs.
