Responsibilities:

• Develop, build, and maintain technical and personal rapport with clients.
• Be a lead Print Engineer within the business
• Customer facing support
• Remote support
• All printer focused
• Try and find solutions to problems and fix them - prevent not just cure
• Identify root cause if customer escalations and strive towards a "zero rework" mindset
• Ensure high levels of incident ownership through incident life cycle to a satisfactory conclusion
• Analyse customer problems and provide suitable solutions within SLA timescales
