Are you a Microsoft 365 specialist who enjoys delivering projects, solving complex technical challenges and working directly with customers?
I'm recruiting for a leading UK IT Solutions Provider/MSP looking to add an experienced Microsoft 365 Specialist to its growing Cloud Solutions team.
This is a hands-on consultancy and project delivery role, giving you the opportunity to design and deliver Microsoft 365 solutions across a varied customer base, while also supporting pre-sales, workshops and more complex technical escalations.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver end-to-end Microsoft 365 projects, including tenant deployments, email/data migrations and collaboration solutions
- Work across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and Copilot
- Design and implement Modern Workplace solutions around customer requirements
- Configure Entra ID, Conditional Access and hybrid identity
- Deliver security and compliance solutions across Defender for Office 365, Purview, DLP, retention and eDiscovery
- Support customer workshops, discovery sessions, demonstrations and pre-sales activity
- Use PowerShell and Microsoft 365 administration tools for configuration and automation
- Act as an escalation point for complex Microsoft 365 and hybrid-cloud issues
- Produce technical documentation and support the transition of projects into BAU/managed services
What we're looking for
You will come from an IT Solutions Provider, MSP, Microsoft Partner or technology consultancy and have strong customer-facing Microsoft 365 project experience.

- OneDrive
- Entra ID
- Tenant Migrations
- Defender
- Purview
- Conditional Access
- DLP
- PowerShell
- Copilot
Exposure to Azure, AVD, Windows 365, Power Platform or Microsoft Sovereign Cloud would be a bonus.
Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, SC-300 or SC-401 are beneficial, although there will be opportunities to continue developing your certifications and technical skills.

Remote working is supported, with occasional customer travel and visits to the office.
