Head of PMO – PRINCE2, Azure, M365, Intune - £80,000 - £95,000 + 10% bonus – London / Home

Currently working with a £15 million turnover Microsoft Gold Partner who has 4 Solutions Partner Designations. Currently the Project team is 5, however, the scope for growth of the team is huge. The role is split – strategy and team leadership with some hands-on project delivery. We are looking for someone who has worked in similar sized MSP's who can help to build and grow this team.
We are looking for someone with strong Project Management experience and still very hands on with delivery. In addition, you will have proven Team Lead experience. You will be a source of support to all PM's, run change programmes for customers. You will also have great a great commercial mind and understand budgets and margins as well as the impact on resources.
Key Skills
- Proven Project Management experience – still hands on.
- Proven Team Lead experience.
- MSP Solution Provider experience is essential.
- Able to run Change Programmes
- Commercially minded – understand budgets and margins
- Ability to speak with C-Level individuals and not be overwhelmed
This role requires you to go to the office in London 3 days a week to work alongside the Board. You will work together to run regular weekly, monthly, quarterly meetings to develop and achieve Departmental Service Improvement plans, raise Net Promoter score and mature the function that is in place.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure Team is hitting all objectives and targets set by the business
- Advise and support PM's on Project Delivery
- Work on Improvement Processes
- Standing up PMO's
- Organise training for all PM's where needed
