Senior Transition Manager - ITIL, ServiceNow - Hybrid - £500 - £550 p/ day Inside IR35 - 3 months (may extend)

Opportunity to work for an exceptional business who are a Leading Cloud and IT Solution Provider. We need an exceptional Service Transition Manager to run the transition to their Managed Service.

You must have experience working within a Managed Service Provider - this is non-negotiable.

You will be home-based however, you will need to travel to the client site from time to time.

Key Skills

• ITIL certified.
• Plan and deliver the managed service transitions, including assessing the impact of change
• Implement and drive a rigorous framework for evaluating service capabilities and risk profiles before new or changed services are deployed
• Providing efficient, repeatable mechanisms for building, testing, and deploying services and releases
• Manage risk relating to new, changed, or retired services
• Successfully deploy service releases into supported environments
• Set correct expectations on the performance and use of new or changed services
• Ensure that service changes create the expected business value
• Provide good-quality knowledge and information about services and service assets
