Our client is a pan-European data centre platform delivering hyperscale-ready infrastructure for some of the world's largest technology companies. Backed by significant investment and with an exciting pipeline of developments ahead, they're entering the next phase of their commercial growth.

As Commercial Director, you'll take ownership of strategic hyperscale opportunities, leading complex commercial deals from initial engagement through to contract execution. Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you'll help shape commercial strategy, structure winning proposals, and build long-term partnerships with some of the industry's most influential organisations.

We're particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have:

• A strong track record within data centres, digital infrastructure, telecommunications or cloud
• Experience leading complex hyperscale commercial deals from bid through to contract close
• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in pricing, contract negotiations and deal structuring
