Job Title: Chief Architect

Location: London (Hybrid)
Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We are looking for a Chief Architect for a Fintech organisation to help shape and govern the Enterprise architecture landscape. You will act as Strategic Technology Leader and will help shape the long-term architectural vision. This role is ideal for someone who brings structure, clarity, and strong strategic thinking.

You will be responsible for

Defining and maintaining the enterprise architecture strategy across data, cloud, CRM, applications, and integration layers.

You will establish architectural principles, standards, and governance frameworks that support agility and regulatory compliance.

Partner with senior leaders to align technology direction with business strategy and product roadmaps.

Experience working in an organisation which is going through a digital transformation

Experience

• Extensive experience in Technology Strategy, Enterprise & Solution Architecture along with strong experience as a Chief Architect.
• Proven experience in operating at board level implementing technology roadmaps in Financial services or regulated environments.
• Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with AI/ML platforms.
• Experience with EA tooling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF would be beneficial.
