Enterprise Account Executive (AI, £240k OTE)

There’s a lot of noise around AI right now. Everyone’s talking about it. Few are actually doing it — properly, at enterprise scale. This company is one of the few that are.

They’re a leader in Customer Experience transformations, helping some of the world’s biggest B2C brands turn their AI and automation ambitions into real, measurable outcomes.

This is a PURE new business role — shaping what’s possible for clients and helping them take that first step into intelligent CX transformation.

You’ll:

  • Lead discovery sessions with new prospects to uncover real AI and automation opportunities.
  • Design and validate scalable AI architectures — secure, commercially viable, and easy to sell.
  • Present solutions that translate technical capability into business outcomes that make sense.
  • Be a technical authority in the sales cycle — the person clients trust to know what works.
  • Mentor and guide others as the market evolves (fast).

What You’ll Bring

  • A track record of selling into technical environments — ideally AI, automation, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Real & actual selling experience and understanding of Conversational AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI frameworks.
  • Comfortable with APIs, microservices, and automation platforms (RPA, LLMs, etc.).
  • The commercial confidence to talk value, not just technology.

The Package:

  • Up to £120K base, double OTE
  • Private health, pension, and life assurance
  • You'll need to be in London one or two days per week
