Job Title: Enterprise Solution Sales Manager

Ingenio is partnering with a London-based boutique investment bank that specializes in M&A advisory for SME and lower mid-market, founder-led businesses. The focus is on achieving the best outcomes for entrepreneurs while working alongside leading private equity investors.

The role:

This isn't your typical enterprise sales job. It requires a genuine interest in exploring various industries, the confidence to build trust with business owners, and empathy for founders selling their lifelong businesses. No finance experience is needed. We're seeking top sales professionals ready for a strategic, thoughtful, and rewarding challenge.

You will:

  • Develop strong industry knowledge to advise business owners
  • Build relationships with CEOs and shareholders using company credibility
  • Make cold calls and assist with financial basics
  • Help prepare pitch materials and coordinate with teams
  • Support business owners through stressful, emotional times

Mandatory requirements:

  • At least two years of proven experience in new business sales, specifically selling enterprise software or services to senior-level decision-makers within B2B organizations.
  • Strong credibility, professionalism, and ambition in approach and presentation
  • Exposure to formal methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC). Experience managing long, complex deal cycles. Disciplined funnel management
