The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Development Representative to drive outbound sales activity for Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM). This role is designed for someone with a strong background in ERP solution selling and the ability to build meaningful engagement with senior stakeholders across finance, operations, and technology.
This position is remote and well‐suited to someone who needs flexibility in their working pattern while still operating in a high‐impact commercial role.
Essential Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience selling Dynamics 365 F&SCM (or equivalent ERP).
- Demonstrated success generating ERP pipeline through outbound prospecting.
- Strong phone presence and confident communication with senior business stakeholders.
- Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of ERP buying triggers.
- High personal accountability and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong written communication and follow‐up skills.
Desirable Experience
- Experience selling into mid‐market or enterprise clients.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and partner channel.
- A background that benefits from flexible, remote working arrangements.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Opportunity Development
- Drive structured outbound campaigns targeting organisations with ERP transformation potential.
- Identify and qualify Dynamics 365 F&SCM opportunities through consistent, high‐quality outreach via phone, email, and social channels.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer challenges, triggers, and readiness for ERP transformation.
- Build and maintain a strong top‐of‐funnel pipeline through disciplined outbound activity.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline hygiene to support forecasting.
ERP Sales Expertise
- Apply 4+ years’ experience selling Dynamics 365 F&SCM or comparable ERP platforms.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of Finance & Supply Chain transformation.
- Understand core D365 F&SCM modules, common implementation journeys, and customer buying processes.
- Work with sales leadership and presales to ensure smooth hand‐offs of qualified opportunities.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Operate as part of Kieran’s sales structure, aligned to Dynamics revenue goals.
- Share market insights, campaign performance, and feedback to refine outbound strategies.
- Participate in pipeline sessions, team meetings, and sales planning activity.
- Develop strong working relationships with colleagues across sales, marketing, and presales.
