The Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and enterprise architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution design, AI integration, and technical leadership, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects and mentoring teams.

Essential Expertise

• 10+ years’ experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Finance, Supply Chain, Power Platform, Azure)
• Enterprise and technical architecture (TOGAF, ADM)
• Solution design, integration, and data migration
• AI offerings, frameworks, and approach
• Project management (Prince2 Agile, MSP)
• Technical leadership and mentoring
• DevOps tooling and application lifecycle management (Azure DevOps, CI/CD)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Desirable Expertise

• Experience in automotive, motorsport, manufacturing, consultancy, and financial services
• Hands-on development: X++, C#, Python, T-SQL, PowerFX, PowerShell
• Source control and containerization: TFVC, Git, Docker
• Tools: Azure IPAAS, Azure ML, Dataverse, PowerApps, Power Automate, SQL Server Administration, Fabric, Kafka, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, Ollama
• Integration: REST/SOAP APIs, solution performance analysis
• Functional knowledge of D365 FSCM modules (General Ledger, Inventory, Production, Procurement, HR, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical architecture for customer solutions across FSCM and Power Platform
• Define internal technical controls, processes, and technical offerings
• Lead AI solution development and integration
• Mentor and develop technical teams
• Oversee project methodologies and IT delivery models
• Align capabilities across delivery teams through software and AI development
• Ensure quality and continuous improvement in technical delivery

Performance will be measured against achievement of targets, objectives, responsibilities, and standard criteria.
