Essential Skills & Experience

• 5+ years solution architecture experience across data/integration platforms.
• Hands-on experience with IBM InfoSphere BigMatch or MDM entity-resolution tools.
• Strong AWS skills: S3, IAM, VPC, Glue, Kinesis.
• Experience integrating with Databricks Lakehouse (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog).
• Understanding of data matching, standardisation, and survivorship concepts.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• IBM MDM or BigMatch certification.
• Databricks certification (Data Engineer/Architect Professional).
• Experience in regulated or public sector environments.
