Senior Business Analyst - Insurance or Pensions

Business Analysts - must have Life Insurance and / or Pensions experience - 6+ months, 2 days in office Edinburgh or Cheshire - ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE THIS!!

Skills / experience

• You will be an experienced Business Analyst with Insurance and / or Pensions experience (Defined Benefit pensions preferable).
• Demonstrated capability in process analysis, business requirements gathering, and writing detailed user stories.
• Strong familiarity with Azure DevOps
• Develop as-is and to-be process models, user stories, and functional specifications. Strong documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows).
• Facilitate workshops, backlog grooming sessions, and requirement walkthroughs.
• Support UAT planning and execution, including defect triage and resolution.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
