Experienced with integration ANSI 12/EDIFACT and Ariba cXML Network Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic data interchange (EDI) and the Ariba Network, with specific experience in supplier enablement, as well as onboarding testing. This role will be supporting the client deployment of SAP S4 Hana and Supply Chain Collaboration.

EDI/Ariba Network Management:

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of EDI systems and Ariba Network in SAP S4 Hana.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient electronic transactions between the company and its suppliers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to EDI and Ariba Network integrations.
  • Implementation of Supply Chain Collaboration.

Supplier Enablement:

  • Support the migration of EDI-integrated suppliers from the client gateway system to network.
  • Collaborate with project integration team leads and support migration Waves with supplier testing tasks, communications replies related to the migration process and milestones.
  • Coordinate and execute testing cycles for single and multi-line purchase orders.
  • Align lifecycle testing activities with the overall project team's migration strategy and tasks.

Onboarding Testing:

  • Conduct thorough testing of new supplier integrations to ensure they meet all technical and operational requirements.
  • Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and scenarios for onboarding new suppliers.
  • Identify and resolve any issues discovered during the onboarding testing process.
  • Proven experience with integration and system-to-system B2B processes, and a strong foundation in ANSI X12 (Electronic Data Interchange).
  • Proven experience with EDI and Ariba Network, including Ariba cXML integration.
  • Proven experience in S4 Hana or SAP ECC.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Experience of supplier automation tools such as Corcentric.
  • Experience using Case Management solutions.
  • Proficiency in other languages.

Skills:

Strong understanding of supplier enablement processes.

  • Experience in conducting onboarding testing for new suppliers.
  • Experience working with master data.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in the procurement or supply chain industry.
  • Familiarity with other procurement software and systems.
