We are partnering with a leading Microsoft Partner seeking an experienc ed D365 CE Pre-Sales Consult ant to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside sales, delivery, and Microsoft stakeholders to design compelling business solutions and drive digital transformation initiatives.
The Role
As a D365 CE Pre-Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the sales cycle, helping prospective customers understand the value of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the wider Microsoft Business Applications platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, facilitate discovery workshops, create solution designs, deliver demonstrations, and support the development of high-quality proposals and tender respo nses.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery sessions and requirements workshops
- Design and present Dynamics 365 CE solutions aligned to business objectives
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and proof-of-concpts
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning opportunities
- Produce high-quality proposals, statements of work, and bid responses
- Support RFP, RFQ, and tender submissions
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- Stay current with Microsoft technologies, product roadmaps, and industry t rends.
Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service).
- Solid understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience designing end-to-end business solutions.
- Knowledge of integration approaches and Microsoft cloud technologies.
- Previous experience working within a Microsoft Partner, consultancy, or professional services envi ronment
Essential Pre-Sales Experience
- Proven experience supporting enterprise sales opportunities.
- Proposal writing and bid management experience
- Strong workshop facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to articulate business value and ROI to both technical and non-technical au diences.
