A leading, fast‐growing Microsoft Partner is expanding its Modern Workplace and Copilot/AI capability and is hiring a Principal Consultant to act as the senior technical and functional authority across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio and the wider AI ecosystem.

The Role

• Lead Modern Workplace & Copilot/AI strategy, architecture and delivery
• Run workshops, roadmaps, adoption programmes and solution design
• Support pre‐sales: scoping, proposals, demos and RFPs
• Shape propositions, methodologies and reusable assets
• Mentor consultants and help build a high‐performing practice
• Stay ahead of the Microsoft roadmap and translate capability into client value

What You’ll Bring

• Deep Modern Workplace experience (M365, SharePoint, Teams, Viva)
• Strong hands‐on capability with Microsoft 365 Copilot & Copilot Studio
• Knowledge of Power Platform and Azure AI/OpenAI Service
• Consultancy or Microsoft Partner background
• Credibility with senior stakeholders and a desire to build a practice
• Certifications beneficial but not essential
