The Digital & Value Office (DVO) is our client's strategic practice focused on helping CFOs and finance leaders transform their function into a true value engine.

Partnering with scale-ups and PE backed companies to assess digital maturity, rationalize vendor landscapes, map IT ecosystems, document processes, and define clear, actionable roadmaps for finance transformation.

The Role

As a Senior Manager, you play a pivotal role at the heart of the DVO team, combining hands-on delivery with team leadership.

You will independently lead high-impact engagements while coaching and elevating the consultants around you. Reporting to the DVO Director, you will manage a portfolio of clients, drive projects end-to-end, and actively contribute to the commercial growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery

  • Lead and deliver DVO engagements end-to-end, including:
  • Vendor assessments
  • IT landscape analysis
  • Process documentation
  • Automation roadmaps
  • Cost-benefit analyses
  • Advisory mandates
  • Develop high-quality, client-ready deliverables, including executive presentations and board-level materials
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with CFOs, Finance Directors, and operational teams
  • Align project outputs with client strategic priorities
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and other practice leads to ensure seamless execution

Management & Coaching

  • Coach and mentor DVO consultants, providing structured feedback and quality reviews
  • Ensure deliverables meet DVO methodology
  • Support onboarding and ongoing development of team members
  • Contribute to the evolution of DVO frameworks, templates, and toolkits

Commercial

  • Contribute across the full sales cycle: lead generation, client outreach, proposals, and scoping
  • Own relationships for a portfolio of clients across pre-sales, delivery, and follow-up
  • Support project sponsorship across DVO and cross-practice engagements

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in management consulting, finance transformation, or a relevant finance leadership role
  • Proven ability to independently lead structured consulting engagements (e.g. vendor assessments, IT mapping, process design)
  • Strong understanding of finance operations and CFO priorities
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior consultants
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence at C-suite level
  • Strong commercial mindset and experience contributing to business development
  • Highly organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple engagements
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for building within a growing firm
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g. Dust) to enhance delivery quality
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
