Job Description: As a D365 BC Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimising Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse business processes and requirements.
- Design and implement D365 BC solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting.
- Prepare documentation and reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a D365 BC Functional Consultant.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
