QHSE & Commercial Compliance Coordinator

We're seeking a detail-oriented QHSE & Commercial Compliance Coordinator to lead our policies, procedures, and compliance framework across logistics, automation, and systems delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain operational policies, SOPs, and process documentation
• Oversee health & safety compliance, ISO standards (9001, 45001, 14001), and audit preparation
• Manage commercial documentation, insurance registers, and tender submissions
• Design Authority Matrix for decision-making and approval processes
• Control IT security, SharePoint permissions, and document management systems

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or engineering environments
• Knowledge of ISO standards and QHSE compliance
• Strong policy writing and document control skills
• SharePoint and Microsoft 365 competency
• NEBOSH/IOSH certification preferred
