Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Implementation Project Manager with 5–8 years of IT consulting and project delivery experience. You will own enterprise client implementations end-to-end — on time, on budget, within scope — while driving services revenue growth and raising delivery standards across the team. You will bring consulting rigor into a fast-growing SaaS environment where accountability and measurable outcomes are non-negotiable.
Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Governance
- Own end-to-end enterprise implementations: scope, budget, timeline, change management, and SOW compliance.
- Maintain governance through structured reporting, risk management, and escalation to executive sponsors.
- Define clear KPIs and success metrics for each project (e.g., time-to-first-value, adoption milestones, customer satisfaction, profitability).
Client Engagement
- Conduct application configuration and implementation workshops with clients to comprehensively understand and document their business processes and requirements.
- Manage client stakeholders throughout onboarding: set expectations, drive value realisation, and unblock delivery.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Revenue Growth
- Collaborate with internal teams — including Technical Services, Product, Customer Success, and Account Management — to ensure coordinated, efficient project execution.
- Drive data correction and migration activities between applications.
- Identify professional services opportunities in partnership with Sales and Account Managers to support revenue growth.
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers, helping elevate the team's project management standards.
- Continuously improve Inpart's delivery methodology, templates, and KPIs to drive consistency and operational excellence.
Security & Compliance
- Integrate security-by-design principles into all project phases, ensuring client implementations meet internal security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee secure data migration and handling practices, guaranteeing confidentiality, integrity, and compliance throughout the delivery process.
Qualifications
Required
- 5–8 years of IT project management or consulting experience in SaaS, software implementation, or digital transformation.
- Strong command of project KPIs (budget, margin, timeline, client satisfaction) and the discipline to prevent scope creep.
- Proficiency with Excel and tools such as Jira, Trello, Notion, or equivalent for data tracking and project execution.
- Skilled in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or hybrid frameworks — practical experience in applying these methodologies is key; formal certification is a plus.
- Proven experience driving services revenue growth and collaborating with sales teams on upsell opportunities.
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
- Fast learner and self-starter, comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing or supporting security controls in project delivery.
- Prior experience in life sciences or pharma is not required but would be advantageous.
Why join inpart?

- Own strategic client implementations from day one, with real autonomy, direct leadership visibility, and a voice in how we build the practice.
- Work on projects that genuinely matter — helping biopharma companies accelerate life-saving partnerships.
Career Growth
- Clear career progression path toward Lead PM or Head of Professional Services.
- Annual learning and development budget to grow your skills and certifications.
- Direct exposure to C-level leadership and strategic decisions.
Culture & Team
- International, collaborative team that values rigour, initiative, and ownership — not micromanagement. Regular team events and offsites across borders.
Work & Benefits
- Hybrid work model with flexibility while staying connected to a passionate, driven team.
- Competitive salary package with performance-based bonus.
