IFS Product Manager

Insight Global is looking for Product Manager specialising in Business Systems, specifically IFS, Salesforce, and SAP. The Product Manager will support the Head of Business Systems by fulfilling a wide range of duties. The successful candidate will come in and run the estate of enterprise systems by supporting the development, administration, governance, and operational oversight of the technology platforms. Daily responsibilities include managing product budget and resources, ensuring IT platforms meet product needs and performance standards, and monitoring of platform performance and availability. This role involves implementing best practices, maintaining system integrity, and driving continuous improvement to enhance the efficiency of IT projects, operations, and control processes. Additional responsibilities include grooming system backlogs, building and presenting business cases, managing OKR (outcome and key results), and bringing agile capabilities to the ecosystem. This role requires extensive stakeholder management including 3rd party suppliers, and matrixed team management. When new business system projects arise, the Product Manager will be tasked with identifying new platforms that help satisfy and solve potential business problems as well as support implementation down the line. The team operates exclusively in a fast-paced, agile environment, running daily stand-up sessions and two-week sprints. This role is based in Central London with the requirement of being onsite 3-days per week and the flexibility to work 2-days remotely. Working hours are 9:30-5:30PM GMT. Candidates must have excellent communication and documentation skills with strong business acumen to effectively communicate and influence business leaders and stakeholders. Must be comfortable working independently but also in a team environment.

Qualifications:

  • 10-15+ years of experience in IT with a focus on business systems
  • Hands-on system design and architecture experience with IFS, SAP, and Salesforce technologies at an Enterprise-Level
  • Expertise of IT project management methodologies, both Agile and Waterfall
  • Experience leading matrixed teams from a scrum perspective
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders
