Manager, Key Accounts
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Manager, Key Accounts to join a global safety technology company on a permanent, hybrid position in the Colchester, UK area. This individual will lead a team of 4–5 Client Success Managers while also managing key accounts, with a focus on customer retention, subscription renewals, and account growth. This role is critical to driving revenue expansion by identifying upsell opportunities within existing accounts and ensuring customers are maximizing value. The ideal candidate brings a blend of leadership and hands-on account management experience, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Sales leadership
- Experience managing or mentoring a team - Background in customer retention, renewals, and upselling existing accounts
- Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
- Proven ability to grow accounts and meet revenue targets
- Experience with CRM tools (Ex. Salesforce) - Strong communication and leadership skills

- Experience in gas detection, safety, or industrial/energy environments - Experience working in a subscription-based business model
