Product Analyst

Insight Global are looking for a Product Analyst to join a Global Company. The Product Analyst will play a key role in supporting product initiatives, collaborating closely with stakeholders, engineers, and product leadership to define requirements, manage the backlog, and ensure the delivery of high‑value outcomes. This team work on an internal productivity tool used by internal staff to automate slide creation and refine content. In this role, you’ll work with the customer support team to establish and improve processes, participate in daily stand‑ups with engineers, lead backlog refinement sessions, and deliver internal product demos to showcase new features and progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support product management activities across initiatives.
• Help define the roadmap and support backlog prioritization.
• Translate customer needs into user stories and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, and business leadership).
• Work closely with the engineering team in India and maintain flexibility for North America collaboration.
• Track KPIs to measure delivery and adoption success.

Must haves:

• Experience as a product analyst or product manager.
• Experience supporting technology-driven product development in enterprise settings.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with JIRA or similar tools.
• Managing backlog, jira tickets.
• Working with cross functional teams
• Working with analytics.

Plusses:

• Strong understanding of Agile principles; certifications (e.g., PSPO, CPO) preferred.
• Experience with adobe analytics / datadog
• GenAI experience
• Engineering background
• Experience working with APIs
