Overview

We are looking for an Associate‐level Product Manager to support a high‐profile internal application used by senior leadership across the firm. This role will report directly to a Lead Product Manager and will be responsible for owning day‐to‐day product execution, roadmap refinement, and cross‐functional coordination for an application that is live but requires significant enhancement.

This is a product-first role with program management responsibilities, ideal for someone comfortable flexing between strategy, execution, and delivery. The right person will be confident working with senior stakeholders and closely aligned engineering and design partners.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or a hybrid role
• Experience supporting enterprise or internal software applications
• Strong UX sensibility and experience partnering with designers
• Comfortable working with senior, opinionated stakeholder groups
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams (not fully technical, but technically fluent)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in Agile environments
• Hands‐on experience with Jira (required) and Confluence (strong plus)
• Strong PowerPoint and written communication skills
