Senior Recruitment Consultant
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Recruitment Business Partner to join the team responsible for driving recruiting efforts across EMEA at a leading cyber-security company in London. This role will support hiring across multiple functions, focusing on full-cycle recruitment, strategic partnership with hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, submitting, interviewing, and closing candidates to meet or exceed hiring targets
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, functional leaders, and customer organisations to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with demand plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal recruiting partners
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of top talent, competitive industries, and market trends
- Assess talent using qualitative and quantitative metrics
- Build pipelines and convert passive candidates into active prospects
- Prepare candidate analyses and assessments for hiring teams
- Conduct research, industry calibration, and reference checks
- Craft, justify, and negotiate offers (compensation, benefits, relocation)
