Technical Program Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Staff Technical Program Manager to lead a critical and strategic technical program. As a key member of our TPM team, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our FX payments initiative globally. This role focuses on supporting a key AI-based implementation program. Please note, this is a fully remote position and is a 6 month-contract (Inside IR35) with potential for extensions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Strong experience in technical program management, with a focus on global financial technology or FX payments being a plus.
- Proven success in leading and delivering large-scale, complex technical programs on a global scale.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Exceptional professional maturity, proactiveness, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience using Atlassian suite, Smartsheet, Lucid chart, and/or Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with international payments regulations and compliance.
- Experience supporting AI implementation projects, specifically OslerAI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership:
- Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex global technical programs.
- Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Drive program level agile ceremonies (SoS, Sprint reviews, Meta Scrum, Retrospect)
- Manage sprint teams
- Create and Maintain program plan
- Oversee vendor projects to drive timely delivery within scope and budget
- Drive adherence to change management process
