🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions within a banking environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in machine learning, data handling, and exposure to financial services use cases.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning and AI models for real-world business problems
• Work on use cases like fraud detection, credit risk, customer analytics, and automation
• Build and optimize data pipelines for model training and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers and business stakeholders
• Implement scalable and production-ready AI solutions
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy

🔹 Required Skills

• Strong experience in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Good understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP concepts
• Experience with data processing and model deployment
• Knowledge of SQL and data handling
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus.

🔹 Domain Experience

• Preferred experience in Banking / Financial Services
• Exposure to areas like payments, fraud detection, AML, KYC, or credit risk

🔹 Good to Have

• Experience with Generative AI / LLMs
• Knowledge of tools like MLflow, Databricks, or Docker
• Understanding of MLOps practices

🔹 Soft Skills

• Good communication and stakeholder management
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

🔹 Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
