L3 Support AWS

  • Proven experience supporting AWS-based data platforms (ideally in telecom or large-scale data environments).
  • Good understanding of data pipeline concepts: ingestion, parsing, enrichment, aggregation, schema management, error handling, and reprocessing.
  • Prior experience and knowledge of AWS services like Lambda, EC2, S3, Glue, MSK, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, SQS, SNS, Step functions etc.
  • Decent understanding of networking concepts on AWS (VPC, DNS, route tables, security groups. NAT, endpoints, ACLs etc.)
  • An appreciation of glue catalogue, use of Athena, and basic knowledge of RDS and Redshift.
  • Understanding of how IAM roles and policies work.
  • Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
