Job Description:

Two roles – one for Financial Crime and another for Fraud. I’m looking for someone on the lines of prinicipal engineer or staff engineer.

1. Deep technical credible-

• Comfortable coding
• Able to design end to end

1. Techno-functional – AML and Fraud domain knowledge and expertise –typologies, detection strategies, regulations.

To clarify the expectations of the role, below is how I am thinking:

1. 40% hands on engineering – Full stack technical skills such as Java, data, DB, etc.
2. 30% architecture and platform – Fincrime and Fraud platforms experience such as Feedzai, Netreveal, Biocatch, Featurespace, etc.
3. 30% cross functional influence – Partner with fin crime and fraud ops, analytics and compliance teams.
