Automation Executive
About the Role:
We’re hiring a Automation Executive to drive performance improvements across the business through AI, automation and digital workflows.
This role focuses on using AI to streamline processes, improve output quality, and unlock new opportunities for efficiency and growth through smarter use of tools, data and automation.
You’ll work across teams to understand challenges, design automated solutions, and support the rollout of more efficient, AI‐enabled ways of working.
This role offers progression into owning automation projects, stakeholder‐facing process improvement, and becoming an expert in AI‐driven operational efficiency and digital optimisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and improving automated workflows using AI tools
- Using AI to support digital marketing and content processes
- Identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
- Researching tools and technologies that improve business performance
- Producing insights and recommendations from AI‐driven outputs
- Working with stakeholders to improve processes and workflows
- Supporting rollout of automation across teams
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate / early career
- Interest in AI, automation, digital marketing or emerging tech
- Analytical mindset with a creative problem‐solving approach
- Comfortable working with stakeholders and cross‐team requests
