Event Content Producer (Tech Ecosystem) Location: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)Experience Level: 2–3 years Sector: Technology / Events / Content Production The Opportunity We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Event Content Producer to join a dynamic content team delivering world-class events at the heart of the global tech ecosystem. You will play a key role in researching emerging trends, curating high-impact content, and producing engaging event programmes that bring together influential voices across the industry. - Manage communications with high-profile speakers including founders, investors, and senior tech leaders (invitations, follow-ups, and briefings)
- Conduct ecosystem research to identify emerging trends, topics, and rising talent within the tech industry
- Source and secure new speakers to ensure fresh, relevant, and cutting-edge event content
- Draft and develop event agendas aligned with key industry themes
- Prepare speaker briefing documents and support briefing calls
- Maintain and update a comprehensive speaker database
- Facilitate introductions and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Collaborate with the wider content team to curate and deliver engaging event programmes
- 2–3 years’ experience in event content production, curation, or a related field
- Strong interest in the tech startup ecosystem
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical capabilities
- Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
