  • Manage communications with high-profile speakers including founders, investors, and senior tech leaders (invitations, follow-ups, and briefings)
  • Conduct ecosystem research to identify emerging trends, topics, and rising talent within the tech industry
  • Source and secure new speakers to ensure fresh, relevant, and cutting-edge event content
  • Draft and develop event agendas aligned with key industry themes
  • Prepare speaker briefing documents and support briefing calls
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive speaker database
  • Facilitate introductions and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the wider content team to curate and deliver engaging event programmes
About You
  • 2–3 years’ experience in event content production, curation, or a related field
  • Strong interest in the tech startup ecosystem
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities
  • Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
