Data Entry Assistant 12-Week Temporary Assignment | Up to £18 per hour (PAYE) | Fully Remote, UK We are seeking a Data Entry Assistant to join a busy Data & Business Operations team on a 12-week temporary basis. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to contribute to critical data management processes that support sectors such as commodities, retail supply chains, farming, and contract management.At the end of the initial assignment, there will be the opportunity to progress into a permanent role for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input, organise, and maintain large sets of business-to-business data.
• Verify company details by contacting business owners via telephone.
• Cross-check and confirm data using internal systems and proprietary verification tools.
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors in datasets.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of data to support effective communication and contract agreements.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be immediately available to start this temporary assignment.
• Previous experience in data entry, verification, or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling large datasets.
• Confident verbal communicator with the ability to make outbound calls to business owners.
• Strong IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Organised, professional, and capable of prioritising tasks effectively.
• Comfortable working independently while being a supportive team player.
