Founder’s Associate | Sevenoaks, Kent (Hybrid) | £35,000 - £45,000 My client, an ambitious and rapidly growing technology business, is seeking a Founder's Associate to work directly alongside the founders, supporting strategic projects, commercial initiatives and day-to-day business operations. This is a varied role offering exposure across marketing, product, operations and business strategy, making it ideal for someone looking to accelerate their career within a high-growth environment.Responsibilities
- Work closely with the founders on strategic and commercial projects
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across marketing, sales and operations
- Support business planning, presentations and commercial proposals
- Assist with marketing campaigns, product launches and growth initiatives
- Conduct market, competitor and customer research to identify new opportunities
- Help manage priorities, projects and key business activities
- Provide executive support where required to ensure the smooth running of the business
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement AI-driven efficiencies
- Previous experience within business support, operations, marketing, consulting or a similar role
- Excellent organisational and project coordination skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Commercially aware with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using technology and AI tools to improve productivity
- Adaptable, ambitious and keen to take ownership of projects
- £35,000 - £45,000 basic salary (DOE)
