An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join a leading, award-winning organisation within the property and technology sector. You’ll be part of a friendly, dynamic, and supportive team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
This is a hybrid role based in Reading, requiring just one day per week in the office, offering a great work-life balance alongside excellent development opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line customer support and advice via phone and ticketing system
- Log and manage all relevant details to ensure smooth and effective resolution
- Deliver exceptional service and maintain customer satisfaction levels above 98%
- Build product knowledge through comprehensive training and ongoing coaching
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to share knowledge and resolve complex queries
You’ll also bring:
- A good standard of education (A-Level or equivalent preferred)
- Previous frontline customer service experience
- Proficiency with PCs, MS Office, and web-based systems
- Knowledge of Zendesk or Salesforce (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure
