This is a business focused on applying advanced data and AI to real-world operational systems, improving infrastructure, optimising networks, and enabling better decision-making at scale. Their work goes far beyond traditional analytics, with a strong emphasis on building robust data foundations and enterprise-grade platforms.
As part of this, they are looking for a Profisee MDM Engineer to play a key role in establishing and maintaining a trusted, high-quality master data layer across complex data ecosystems.
The Role
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Master Data Management solutions, with a focus on Profisee MDM, helping to create a true “single source of truth” across enterprise systems. This is a highly impactful role, where MDM is a core part of the data strategy, not an afterthought.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure solutions within the Profisee MDM platform
- Build and manage data models, hierarchies, and match/merge rules
- Integrate MDM with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, data platforms)
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using SQL and ETL tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement data governance standards
- Ensure high levels of data quality, consistency, and integrity
- Support performance optimisation, deployments, and ongoing enhancements
- Contribute to the wider data platform and architecture
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Profisee MDM (or similar MDM platforms)
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
- Experience with ETL / data integration tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, SSIS)
- Solid understanding of MDM principles (data governance, stewardship, hierarchy management)
- Experience integrating data across multiple enterprise systems
- Familiarity with APIs, scripting, or automation tools
