Cyber Security BDM – Remote-First (UK)

£40k–£60k base + uncapped commission

We're looking for a Cyber Security Business Development Manager to join a remote-first UK MDR provider on an awesome growth trajectory.

What you'll be doing:

Driving new business wins (full sales cycle, outreach → close)

Growing recurring revenue through upsell & renewals

Owning a portfolio of accounts, keeping retention sky-high

Delivering engaging demos & proposals that land

What we need:

Proven sales experience (BDM / AE / AM)

Cyber Security / SaaS / MSSP / MSP background

Proven track record of smashing targets & growing accounts

Strong communicator who loves building long-term relationships
