AI Developer (Applied AI / Automation) Location: Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid)Salary: £50,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience)

We're hiring an AI Developer to join Insite M&A, part of a wider commercial group, to design and build practical AI solutions that directly impact revenue, efficiency and decision-making for this consultancy. This isn't a theoretical AI role. You'll be focused on deploying real-world, agentic AI systems that automate workflows, enhance data usage and drive measurable commercial outcomes across the business.

The Role You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities to implement AI across the consultancy group and building solutions that integrate into our existing tech stack. This includes:

• Designing and developing AI-driven automation across internal processes
• Building and deploying agentic AI tools to support sales, marketing and operations
• Integrating AI solutions with platforms including Salesforce, Bullhorn, Microsoft 365 and various data/marketing tools
• Working with intent data and aggregation platforms to improve targeting and conversion
• Supporting the development of new digital products, including website enhancements
• Measuring performance and ROI of AI initiatives, with a clear focus on commercial impact

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience building and deploying in-house AI tools in a commercial environment
• Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents and automation frameworks
• Experience integrating AI into existing business systems (CRM, marketing platforms, data tools)
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions
• Track record of delivering measurable ROI from AI initiatives
• Comfortable working across both technical and commercial stakeholders

Tech Environment You'll be working across a stack that includes Salesforce, Microsoft tools, Bullhorn, data aggregation platforms, marketing systems and intent signal tools, with the opportunity to shape how AI is embedded across all of them.
