We're now looking for a Recruitment Operations & Talent Delivery Coordinator to join our growing team and support the delivery of an outstanding experience for candidates and clients alike. Basic of £30k to £35k per annum plus quarterly bonus based on team performance and individual objectives. Hybrid working from Discovery Park, Sandwich.This is a varied, fast-paced, people-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, organisation, and improving how things work. You'll support Consultants day to day and work closely with the Head of Consultancy to improve candidate and customer experience, campaign delivery, and the effective use of systems, automation, and reporting. Full training, tools, and ongoing support will be provided.As a Recruitment Operations & Talent Delivery Coordinator, you will provide:Operational and administrative supportProvide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Talent Delivery teamAct as a central coordination point between consultants, candidates, and clientsMaintain accurate records across internal systems and ensure documentation is up to dateSupport ad-hoc operational tasks as requiredJob advertising and candidate attractionCreate, format, and publish job adverts across job boards, CRM platforms, and campaignsEnsure adverts are clear, engaging, accurate, and aligned with Inspire People's brandMonitor and maintain active adverts to ensure quality and effectivenessInterview and candidate coordinationSchedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, consultants, and hiring managersManage diaries and ensure all parties have the right information ahead of interviewsEvent and campaign coordinationSupport candidate engagement events such as Q&A sessions and campaign briefingsCoordinate logistics, invitations, schedules, and communicationsCandidate documentation and submissionsManage CV formatting and anonymisation to a consistent professional standardLiaise with external suppliers involved in document preparation where requiredPrepare candidate profiles, including integrating video interview responses where applicableCoordinate the preparation and delivery of candidate submission packages to clientsATS, systems and process improvementMaintain and administer the ATS (Tracker RMS) and SharePoint systemsEnsure candidate and client records are accurate and consistently maintainedSupport the development of automation to streamline routine tasks and reportingPost-campaign and continuous improvementSupport post-campaign communications and DEI reportingSend and collate candidate and hiring manager feedback surveysWork with the Head of Consultancy to identify opportunities to improve the candidate and customer journeyAbout youYou are organised, detail-focused, and motivated by delivering a great experience for others.
