Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Service Team Leader on behalf of our client in Chesterfield.

Duties:             

Key responsibilities include: -

• Leading and developing the Service Admin & Coordination team - Overseeing scheduling, job planning, customer liaison and back-office functions
• Delivering structured 1-2-1s and training for team development
• Managing work order and quote processes from start to finish
• Generating reports on department financials, KPIs and performance metrics
• Supporting the Service Manager with planning and engineering team coordination

Requirements:

• Experience leading a service/admin team in a technical environment
• Excellent planning, organisation and people management skills
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems

£30k - £35k
