We’re looking for a skilled CCM Developer to help deliver high-quality, data-driven customer communication solutions. You’ll work with the Quadient Inspire suite to build, enhance, and test CCM workflows that support major clients. • Develop and enhance CCM solutions using Quadient Inspire.
• Apply strong validation and QA processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Support testing, proofing, and change delivery.
• Communicate with internal teams to manage requirements, timelines, and risks.
• Log and track defects, issues, and change requests.
• Build workflows for transactional communications and optimise print-ready data.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Essential:

• Strong background developing CCM solutions using Quadient Inspire Designer.
• Experience delivering CCM components within project environments.
• Data processing capability and strong attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of Windows applications and collaborative teamwork.

Nice to have:

• Data manipulation or scripting experience.
• Familiarity with Automation, Interactive, or Scaler.
• Understanding of CSV, XML, JSON, fixed-width or line data formats.
• Basic SQL/T-SQL knowledge.
