THE ROLE

We're in search of a highly experienced senior sponsorship sales professional. In this key position, you will be instrumental in engaging with some of our leading commercial partners, strategically developing relationships to drive our commercial strategy. The Commercial Partnerships Manager will drive revenue growth by securing strategic partnerships across InspiredMinds!' event portfolio. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—building long-term, consultative relationships with senior stakeholders in tech, AI, healthcare, enterprise, and government. This role is ideal for a commercially minded, high-energy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business with high-level event partners
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build lasting relationships with current clients
  • Increase revenue and exceed partner expectations
  • Represent our world-leading summits, shaping the future of AI
Skills & Experience RequiredEssential
  • 3–5+ years in B2B commercial sales, partnerships, or business development (events, media, or tech preferred).
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Ability to consultatively sell to senior stakeholders and complex organisations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter mentality: proactive, ambitious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Desirable
  • Experience in AI, tech, digital health, innovation, or policy-driven sectors.
  • Background in selling sponsorships, content partnerships, or enterprise solutions.
  • A passion for tech-for-good and the global impact mission of InspiredMinds!.
  • Experience working across global markets.
