The Role
We’re looking for a curious and driven AI Intern to join us on a 3 month internship period, to help us explore how artificial intelligence and smarter processes can transform how we operate.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with our founders and team to improve how we use data, systems, and technology across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working with our existing tech stack, CRM systems, and datasets to identify gaps and inefficiencies
- Improving data quality, structure, and accessibility
- Exploring and testing AI tools to reduce manual admin and increase productivity
- Supporting the implementation of AI-driven workflows and process improvements
- Collaborating with the team while also taking ownership of independent projects
- Contributing ideas on how we can future-proof our operations in a rapidly evolving AI landscape
What We’re Looking For
- A strong interest in AI, data, and process optimisation
- Curious, analytical mindset with a willingness to experiment and learn
- Comfortable testing new tools, ideas, and workflows
- Proactive, self-starting attitude with good problem-solving skills
- No prior experience in executive search required
