The Role: Architecting the AI Sales Future

We are looking for a Senior / Lead UX Designer who thrives on solving "wicked problems."

You will be responsible for the cognitive flow of our platform, ensuring that as we add powerful AI capabilities, the product remains intuitive and easy to master.

Reporting directly to the Head of Design, you will be a strategic partner who operates with high autonomy.

We expect you to be an early adopter of AI-augmented design workflows, using the latest tools to prototype, validate, and build experiences at a pace that matches our engineering velocity.

Key Collaborations

• Design Team: Maintaining and contributing to our Design System, creating scalable, production-ready assets, and ensuring consistency across product experiences.
• Product Team: Mapping complex AI workflows, from lead research to automated deal closing.
• Engineering: Partnering on technical feasibility and ensuring the logic of the user journey is maintained through development.
• Marketing/Sales: Gathering insights from customer feedback loops to identify friction points.

Skills & Expertise

• UX Strategy & Architecture: 5-8+ years of experience. You excel at information architecture, journey mapping, and creating scalable workflows for complex SaaS.
• AI-First Prototyping: Expert-level proficiency in Figma combined with the latest AI prototyping tools, e.g. Lovable, Uizard, Framer AI, or Figma AI, to turn ideas into interactive, high-fidelity experiences rapidly.
• Generative Design Workflow: Experience using AI: GPT, Claude, or FigJam AI, for research synthesis, user persona generation, and content strategy to accelerate the discovery phase.
• AI Interaction Design: A deep understanding of how to design for AI specificities, handling model latency, designing "Human-in-the-loop" interfaces, and building user trust through transparency.
• Data-Driven Discovery: Proficient in usability testing and analyzing product analytics - Mixpanel, Hotjar, to validate design hypotheses.
• Nimble & Agile: You have a "startup brain." You know when to push for a perfect solution and when to deliver a "good enough" iteration to gather real-world data.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Workflow Engineering: Designing the end-to-end UX for our AI Copilot and Sales Agents, ensuring complex automation feels like a "set and forget" experience.
• Rapid AI Prototyping: Using AI-powered design tools to build and test multiple versions of a feature in the time it used to take to build one.
• User Research & Synthesis: Leveraging AI to analyze user interviews and feedback, translating those insights into actionable design improvements.
• Wireframing & Logic: Building low-to-mid fidelity blueprints that solve for every edge case in the user journey.
• Design Systems—UX Focus: Collaborating with the Visual Lead to ensure our design system supports consistent UX patterns and accessibility standards.
